About our work
newdynamics has worked with organizations to successfully challenge barriers of gender and cultural bias; and in the process, create exciting work environments that nourish individual and organization productivity since 1972.
newdynamics helps organizations eliminate preconceived notions about other people based on race, color, class, ethnic origin, gender, sexual orientation, as well as other diversities. Our journey models guide individuals and organizations from behaviors which impede productivity to new ways of relating that make each powerful and whole.
Our approach is experiential, based on the understanding that
successful diversity initiatives must address issues at all levels,
from the individual and the group through the organization and system.
We create change by implementing strategies unique to each organization,
allowing the individuals to experience each other as colleagues.
As diversity consultants we bring a diverse, collaborative training team to our work. We model what we speak. We believe managing diversity is about building authentic relationships; about working together; recognizing what is the same, and valuing what is different. It is engaging in learning about ourselves by learning about others. It is also about inclusion; about reaping the creativity that comes from the open interaction of individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Because every organization has its own culture, we design our consultation and training activities to the unique needs of each client company. In each situation, we strive to make organizational changes and transitions less disruptive and stressful, and more rewarding. We assist people to recognize their talents and expand their skills, to become aware of their own behaviors, and to develop alternatives that enhance competencies.
